EMOM:

2 front squat

2 Jerks

build if you can use a bar or just use dumbbells

If you have light DUMBBELLS Then do

EMOM 10 mins

6 Front squats

6 jerks

*Add more reps if you need to, you should be breathing hard

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds

20 pullups (db rows, or burpees, or 50 DUS or 100singles)

30 push ups

40 sit ups

50 air squats

500m row, 400m run

*This is a good wod to wear a vest if you have one =)
