At CrossFit GonzStrong, we believe in offering more than just daily workouts. Our specialty classes are designed to help you improve specific areas of your fitness, recover smarter, and reach your goals faster.

Yoga

Led by our certified physical therapist — joining us all the way from Norway — who is also a certified yoga instructor. This class is perfect for recovery, mobility, and building balance both in body and mind.
